How Your Donation Helps
 Summer Academic Enrichment Camps: The cost for one student to attend our Summer Academic Enrichment Camp is $1,450. Hawaii Learning Resource provided forty students with financial assistance or reduced tuition for the summer 2011 camp. Your donation towards the 2012 Summer Academic Enrichment Camps will help us keep the tuition fee affordable for local families. |
 Community Education Program: These informative free workshops assist parents and educators in understanding a struggling child’s learning challenges and provide resources and specific strategies to better work with diverse learners to improve the learning process. The average cost to provide one workshop is $200. |
 Teacher Professional Development: The cost to train and mentor one teacher during our Summer Academic Enrichment Camp is $1,800 per two-week session. |
 Administrative Costs: Your donation can also help toward our low administrative expenses and pay for items such as office rent, supplies, telephones, and other infrastructure necessary to deliver quality services to students, families, and educators. |
